Credit Courses

Earning credits at Tapply Binet College takes shape in traditional and non-traditional ways. The school honours and abides by the mandatory time allotted by the Ontario Ministry of Education of 110 hours per course. When those hours of instruction and class time occur, however, is determined by how each personalized timetable is structured. With small classes and flexibility in course delivery, fulfilling Ministry expectations is easily accomplished.

In addition to regular credit courses, Tapply Binet College offers high school upgrade courses in all subject areas. Courses are available in the following credit levels: D (Academic); O (Open); E (Everyday); M (College and/or University); C (College); and U (University).

To aid in your planning, the link below outlines the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) requirements. Also, you may consult the Ontario Ministry of Education website for a comprehensive inventory of courses listed in the Ontario Secondary School curriculum.
